Dr. Litza attended UW-Milwaukee for undergraduate education and UW-Madison for Medical School. She has since trained and held academic positions within Aurora Health Care and also Northwestern University in Glenview, Illinois. Some of the leadership positions she has held include medical director for Clarke Square, Johnston Clinic and Walker’s Point Community Clinic; assistant program director and program director for family medicine residency programs; and, most recently, Medical Director for Program and Faculty Development for Aurora UW Medical Group. She has continued to practice full spectrum family medicine including obstetrics and has a practice philosophy to provide the highest quality, respectful, and compassionate care to her patients and their families and believes in multidisciplinary and integrative medicine collaboration. She will continue holding positions at Aurora Sinai Medical Center as Chief of Service for Family Medicine and the following hospital-based committees: Maternal-Neonatal QI, OB Interdisciplinary Leadership, ASMC Quality Improvement, and Physician Evaluation Committee.
