EDUCATIONAL / PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

 
Dr. Mines attended the University of Illinois from 1970 to 1974 where he received his BS in Biology and Premed. His Graduate studies were also done at the University of Illinois, Chicago Medical Center form 1974 to 1978 and his Residency was done at St. Michael Hospital concentrating in Family Practice.

He maintained his own private practice from 1981 to 1990 and then joined Family Health Plan from 1990-2000. Dr. Mines joined Aurora Health Care from 2000-2006 before turning to Milwaukee Health Services in 2006.

PROFESSIONAL & GENERAL INTERESTS

 
In 1986, Dr. Mines became an Associate Professor in the Department of Family Practice at the Medical College of Wisconsin and continues as such today.

He enjoys radio-controlled model airplanes, digital camera photography using advanced computerized editing, music and traveling.
