Dr. Izard received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Work from Marquette University in 1992. He attended Medical School at the University of Wisconsin Medical School and graduated in 1996. His Post-Graduate studies were done at St. Luke's Family Practice Residency, Central City Site in Milwaukee, Wisconsin from 1996 to 1999. Associate Professor and Medical Director for UW Medical School Department of Family Medicine for 7 years. Dr. Izard continues to work with the Residency Program as a Clinical Associate Professor.
