The Behavioral Health Services Center located at 8200 W. Silver Spring Drive in the lower level of the new Isaac Coggs Heritage Health Center, where your health is our business, is pleased to offer new and existing clients the highest level of quality and competent psychiatric and psychotherapy services available to the north-west and surrounding population. Behavioral Health hours of operation are from 8:30a.m. to 7:00p.m. on Mondays and 8:30a.m. to 5:30p.m. Tuesday thru Friday. We offer a wide range of services including individual, child, family, couples, and group therapy, neuropsychological and personality testing , medication management, social work and HIV testing, prevention and counseling services just to name a few.

Currently, Behavioral Health provides services through professional and knowledgeable staff consisting of three (3) psychiatrists (Dr. Michael Bell, Dr. Luis Vazquez, and Dr. Asma Iqbal), one (1) child psychiatrist (Dr. Victor Vazquez-Moreno), one (1) Psychologist (Dr. Yvonne Bell-Gooden), one (1) social worker (Alice Spann), and two (1) psychotherapist Kimberly Goins, MA, LPC). Our providers accept most state insurances and many private insurances in addition to the “sliding-fee scale” program for clients with no insurance in an effort to afford individuals the opportunity to obtain quality health care at reasonable costs.
